Folk Alliance International presents the 2015 FAI MUSIC FAIR AT THE SHERATON CROWN CENTER KANSAS CITY HOTEL Thursday, February 19 – Sunday, February 22, 2015

As part of the successful Kansas City launch of the long-running Folk Alliance International Conference at The Westin Crown Center Hotel, in 2015 we will continue our quest to build FAI events in the adjoining Sheraton Hotel that will serve the local community while being of value to our conference registrants.
In 2014 we launched the successful FAI Winter Music Camp, featuring over 50 top quality instructors on numerous folk-related instruments and songwriting. In 2015 we will expand our public offerings to create the first FAI MUSIC FAIR.
The 2015 FAI Music Fair will be produced with the help and support of the Kansas City Art Institute and will involve several area education institutions and the KC area music and arts community.

Late Night Jam Sessions (open to all players in the common areas of the Sheraton Hotel)
Virtual Conference (Online Tickets available beginning January 1, 2015)
Sunday Music Contests (Public Entry only $10/12 & under free/Entry included in contest entry fee)
Acoustic Battle of the Bands (preliminary rounds at Knuckleheads/Finals at 3:00pm on Sunday)
Kids Camp (Thursday - Sunday as part of our Winter Music Camp produced by the Americana Music Academy/Public Kid's Show on Saturday)
The Folk Store on Location (Located next to the Art Gallery for your music needs/Open to the public)
