Program Book Advertising
The Conference Program Book and Directory are given to everyone at the conference. Your ad reaches over 5,000 people.
Deadlines:
Your ad and payment in full must be received in the office by January 25, 2013. Please note: Folk Alliance does not invoice for ad payment. Program book full page and half page ads are black & white only.

DIgital Advertising-FInal Deadline 2.3.2012 (SOLD OUT)
We are going green or at least as green as possible this year. There will be 10 video screens (19 inch screens) displaying JPEG versions of your promotion material. Each JPEG will run approximately 50-75 times per day from Wednesday – Saturday. Your image will show approx. 10 seconds each time so design it for initial impact. The charge is $50 each (maximum 4 jpgs). We will still provide room for postcards or handbills throughout the conference area but no posters.
In order to advertise, you should submit a jpg labeled (advertiser’s name)Screen12.jpg to cindy [at] folk [dot] org by February 3, 2013. No late entries will be accepted. Please also put (advertiser’s name)Screen12 in the subject line of the email. Ads not labeled correctly and submitted by deadline cannot be ensured placement in the display.
PDFs are not compatible with our monitors. Only .jpgs with exact specs will be accepted.
Specs: images must be 1280x1024 (NOT 1024x1280) resolution and no larger than 5mb.
We cannot edit the images for you.
Payment may be called into anyone in our office 901.522.1170 or mailed to the office address by 2/3/2013. You may also add them to your online registration anytime before 2/3/2013.

Each conference registrant receives this bag, and your materials can be in each and every one!
Small inserts are $250—fliers, matches, guitar picks, postcards, etc.
Large inserts are $750—CDs, magazines, etc.
• To place an item in the tote bags, contact the Folk Alliance office to reserve space.
• Your order and payment must be received at the office by January 25, 2013. You may call a credit card number into anyone in the office, add it to your online registration, or mail a check with totebag insert in the memo line. The Folk Alliance office will contact you with the shipping address and mandatory shipping label once we receive your payment.
